Free America PAC is a federal independent expenditure PAC (Super PAC) designed to endorse conservative Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. 

Many informed observers and commentators believe that a red wave is coming starting this November with Republicans taking control of the House, the Senate, and the White House in 2024.

These circumstances offer an unusual opportunity to steer the new crop of Republican candidates in the right direction so that they will take prompt action to open up the marketplace and cut back on regulations that are killing free enterprise. Once in office, it is essential that the new Members of the House and Senate act immediately, not sit on their laurels.

Free America PAC seeks to protect individual liberty and eliminate barriers to free enterprise. Candidates are asked to support legislation that will, as required by our Constitution, restore the separation of powers to our federal government, including restoring the lawmaking power to Congress and away from unaccountable federal agencies, which routinely make law through administrative regulations. They are also asked to support bills designed to restore individual sovereignty and make the government the servant of, rather than the master over, the people.
